Underpinning

Preparation
At first choice re-blocking and underpinning you can rest assure knowing that we will do all the work for you from organizing council permits to engineer plans and skip bins. We pride ourselves on running on a smooth schedule.
Re-stumping
For houses on stumps, re-stumping is a needed requirement about every 20 years. Get your house re-stumped to fix sloping floors, cracked plaster work, doors not closing correctly, windows becoming out of place and a number of problems associated with uneven foundations to the property.
Leveling
We use advanced comp.level to ensure your jobs gets a precise laser leveling. With over 15 years’ experience in leveling using JDV plastic packers.
